2008 Speaking of Women’s Health Community Investment Grant Application

Thank you to the numerous area not for profit organizations who submitted applications for  Speaking of Women’s Health Community Investment Grants for the 2007 conference year. Grants were awarded in February 2008 to the following organizations. Congratulations to each and continued thanks for the important work of each as they share in the mission of Speaking of Women’s Health: Cedar Valley Friends of the Family; Cedar Valley Hospice; House of Hope; Young Parents Together; Seeds of Hope; Jesse Cosby Neighborhood Center; Northeast Iowa Food Bank - Kids Cafe; and the Girl Scouts.  

Speaking of Women’s Health, with the support of our National Sponsors, annually awards Community Investment Grants to non-profit (501(c)(3) organizations in Northeast Iowa, through the Covenant Foundation to further the mission of “educating women to make informed decisions about their health, well-being and personal safety.”

Past Community Investment Grant Application

Applications for 2008 SWH Grants will be made available on July 15, 2008 and due on November 14, 2008. Awards are announced in January 2009.
